to hate your body develop loving it anyway no matter where
its at right now, if you don't it will not cooperate with
you so this makes total sense.
7) Forget
diets and regimes that make you feel deprived "cant
have" is not healthy feeling,stop buying into the good
and bad food syndrome, check with your body what it wants
to eat and allow yourself, you will find a balance if you
give YOU a chance.
8) Write down
everything in your life that you are not happy with, start
to make small but regular changes, write down eight small
things that make you happy and start having them or doing
them often feel again what it feels like to feel good.Express
yourself often even if its writing to yourself everything
that you think and feel on a daily basis do not edit yourself,
just let it flow.
9) Eat smaller
meals often, cut down on dairy products,ban late night eating
except apples and cereal.
10) Be patient
and give yourself a realistic amount of time to loose weight
it will not happen overnight so take one day at a time,avid
weighing yourself often, look for other new interests in
your life besides food and diets, break patterns have new
